Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
You would need to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse in order to make changes. Email us at info@ahirkargroup.com with the following information: the date of your order, the order number, and your reason for canceling. You will receive help from our customer care representative while you cancel your order. You are then free to place another order. Unfortunately, it won’t be able to alter, cancel, or refund orders once the goods have been shipped.
Can I place more than one order at once?
You can make several orders, yes. But each order’s packing and delivery will be done individually.
Can I make more than one order with various delivery addresses?
You can indeed place numerous orders with various delivery addresses.
Can you tailor corporate or large orders?
Yes. We provide many different customizations.
What if the items I ordered are unavailable?
Only things that are in stock may be sold according to the design of the system. Products that are “Out of Stock” cannot be ordered. However, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for items that are out of stock and begin a complete refund in the extremely unlikely event that this occurs. When an item you want to order is out of stock, you can click the Notify Me button to be notified when it becomes available.
Can I revoke my purchase?
Your order would need to be canceled before it was sent out of our facility in order to be canceled. You can email us at info@ahirkargroup.com with the information listed above, including the date of your order, the order number, and your cancellation reason. You will receive help from one of our customer care representatives while you cancel your order. After that, we’ll start the refund process. Once the item has been shipped from our warehouse, this cannot be done.
When will my order arrive?
Your registered email address and mobile number will be alerted as soon as the order is sent out of our warehouse.
What if I can't receive my order at home?
Our customer service will attempt to contact you on the registered cellphone number if you are not at home. The order will be rescheduled appropriately only after receiving your confirmation.
Is cash on delivery an option?
Sure, Cash on Delivery is available.
How can I find out the status of my payment?
You will see a message on the website and by email confirming your order after we have successfully received payment.
Does my order come with an invoice?
Yes, you will receive an invoice when your order is delivered.
Does it cost anything to cancel or refund an order?
No, there aren’t any extra fees for cancellation with us. Your product purchase will be completely reimbursed for the amount charged.
When & how will I receive my refund if I cancel?
The same credit or debit card that was used to make the purchase will receive the money back or reimbursement. According to usual banking protocol, the reimbursement will be applied to your account within 10 to 14 business working days.
